Bell pepper, a common coloured vegetable, are no exception. Pesticide residues in bell pepper can pose potential health risks and impact the quality of the final products. Therefore, rigorous analysis methods are crucial to determine the levels of pesticide residues in bell pepper and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. In this application, we present a complete workflow according to GB23200.121-2021, from sample preparation using SHIMSEN QuEChERS, to sample analysis using Shim-pack GIST C18-AQ column on Shimadzu LCMS-8060NX.
